Scott Bartlett

Local author Scott Bartlett will be there with his novel Royal Flush: a comedic romp about a monarch known only as the King, who rules a land known only as the Kingdom. In his misguided search for love, he must dodge his undead advisor, his mother, the Wisest Man Alive and his responsibilities as King.
Scott has been writing fiction since he was fifteen, when he began his first book and got distracted halfway through Chapter Three. Since then, he's written three novels. The writing of his latest book was funded by the Newfoundland and Labrador Arts Council, and Royal Flush is a recipient of the H. R. (Bill) Percy Prize. Scott also maintains batshite.com, a blog about environmental issues.
