About Sci-fi on the Rock
Sci-Fi On The Rock is Newfoundland's premiere science fiction & fantasy convention. Our 5th Convention takes place on April 16th and 17th of 2011, and promises to be the biggest and best convention yet.
Sci-Fi On The Rock is a not for profit organization based in St. John's, Newfoundland. The Convention is for the fans, brought to you by fans. In order to keep bringing the fans the very best Science Fiction convention in Newfoundland, we need the support of the fans. Each year there is a Charity Auction that donates proceeds to Charity, as well as a silent auction for fund raising for the convention. This year we have also added a donate button to the menu of the web page as a way for the fans to help support the convention. Whether it's $1.00, $5.00, $10.00 or more, every little bit helps to keep bringing Sci-Fi On The Rock to the fans.
